Vibratory Finishing

Vibratory finishing for surface optimization of stamped parts and individual components.

Our process ensures the reliable removal of stamping burrs, flakes and sharp edges – resulting in technically clean and functionally reliable components.

Thermal Aging

To stabilize components after stamping and forming processes, NESPER specifically applies defined heat treatments. Through controlled tempering, internal stresses are reduced and, for example, spring forces and their spring characteristics are achieved.

Assembly Technology

NESPER is your specialist for integrated assembly technology directly within the tool.
By combining stamping and assembly processes, we reduce process times, increase efficiency and ensure maximum repeat accuracy in series production. Our solutions enable precise joining, connecting and assembling of components directly within the running process.

Packaging Options

We offer various customized packaging solutions. Cleanliness requirements are also considered and integrated when selecting the packaging concept, allowing cleaning to be performed either during the process or in a downstream process if required.
