In 1956, Gisela and Egon Nesper founded the company in a small backyard workshop in Pforzheim-Dillweißenstein. In the early years, craftsmanship, home-based work and strong personal dedication characterized production – particularly in the field of solid and clad contact rivets.
Following the relocation to Ispringen, the company entered a phase of continuous growth. The portfolio expanded to include stamping, bending and forming components, as well as integrated assembly, joining and welding processes.
At an early stage, NESPER invested in certified quality standards and advanced manufacturing technologies. With the company’s internationalization in 1996 and the establishment of the US site in LaGrange, the global strategy was firmly implemented.
Technological milestones such as fully automated manufacturing cells with integrated inspection systems, reel-to-reel production lines, laser welding and media-tight overmolding have positioned NESPER as a high-performance partner for demanding industries.
To this day, NESPER remains family-managed. Different generations assume responsibility – guided by the entrepreneurial vision of the founders, and the ambition to continuously push the boundaries of technical feasibility.
