Requirements Analysis
Successful product development begins with a clear understanding of your objectives.
After reviewing your documentation, we immediately start the dialogue with you: we advise you on product design, jointly define the component specifications and create the foundation for all further steps.
Development & Simulation
In the next step, we translate the defined requirements into a precise strip layout. This allows feasibility and optimization potential to be evaluated at an early stage.
We then calculate all costs and prepare a transparent quotation – naturally taking your specific requirements into account.
Prototyping / Pre-Series
For rapid practical testing, we can produce initial samples that can be directly tested in your application.
Adjustments required? No problem. We produce additional samples with each new revision, until the product is ready for series production. Toolmaking

Process Optimization (Detailed)
Total cost approach – we aim for the most economical and highest-quality solution in order to make manufacturing as cost-efficient and effective as possible, both in our production and at our customers' sites. This approach does not only consider the stamped part and the associated production process, but the entire manufacturing concept including cleanliness requirements, plating processes, logistics and further processing at your facility.
Series Production & Quality Management
During the ramp-up of series production, we monitor every batch using state-of-the-art measurement technology. Inline inspections, SPC analyses and 100% inspections ensure that all parts comply with the agreed specifications – from the first to the millionth delivery.
Quality Assurance
As your quality supplier, we do not rely solely on the material test certificate when receiving materials. Instead, we perform spectral analysis ourselves. In addition, we verify for every incoming delivery that the supplied material meets the required specifications.
