StampingMore than 40 state-of-the-art stamping machines, combined with raw material buffer systems, vision system, multi coiler system as well as single piece ejection and automatic packing systems for single pieces, bulk packing containers, tubes, and trays.
Assembly technologyExcellent productivity through outstanding automatization technology. State-of-the-art cleaning technology combined with the stamping process, while adhering to highest requirements in the supply chain.
Plastics technologyProduction of single and complex hybrid components on rotary tables, Reel-to-Reel - or component carrier transport systems, automatically packaged, based on demand.
Surface technologyNesper Cleaning ©: A more than 30 year tradition in developing and applying top cleaning technology with the necessary sensibility for our customers' needs. Whether we are performing bulk piece or barrel deep-cleaning, endless strip cleaning (Reel-to-reel) or integrated inline production cleaning: We fulfill our customers' requirements!
Quality laboratoryOur quality laboratories feature most advanced, state-of-the-art equipment to develop and perform extended, in-depth quality control procedures and examinations.

Stamped partsOur Nesper tool rooms create finest cutting contours of less than one tenth of a millimeter, complex bending geometries while fulfilling most refined cutting and forming requirements.
Plastic applicationsWe process and combine a wide range of standard materials (PA, PBT, etc.), HighTech Blends with specific properties, as well as with numerous thermoplastic varieties - we combine and incorporate our own products as well as other added components.
Joining technologySince the early days of Nesper, we have been performing state-of-the-art feeding and assembly technologies as well as combinations of multi-stamped-, turn-, and molded parts and components.
Contact rivetsContact pieces are the essential part of a switch device. Solid and composite contact rivets of highest precision - made with our very own cold-heading machines.
